I would like to update my previous review. After posting it, I realized that I mistakenly uploaded the wrong photos of a different vehicle, but the content was 100% correct. However, I do have photos of the correct truck and a Ford report; however, because David from North Texas Direct, LLC called me directly, apologized, and reimbursed me there is no need to post them. I appreciate the prompt resolution and would especially like to thank David for his professionalism and for ensuring that I was reimbursed for the window tint. Although I am still disappointed that this was not the truck I had hoped it would be, I believe it is important to recognize when a business responds quickly, follows through, and works to resolve a customer's concerns. I appreciate North Texas Direct for doing just that. I give it 4 stars for the reimbursement and the quick response.

Found this dealer online, went to visit, and was wonderfully surprised by the service. David was great to work with. We told him what we wanted, he got it, test drove the vehicle, found some issues and he addressed them without any hesitation. Actually, he told us he would fix them before we even asked. No back and forth, no "let me see what my manager can do", none of those car dealer games. Just an easy buying experience with knowledgeable staff. We will be buying from him again.

I put a deposit down on Friday, flew in Monday morning and ubered to the truck, it was as described online. I left with the truck about hour later once I looked it over. Great experience.
